Registration

Step 1:

Immigration or international student? Follow these NESD Immigration or International Student Instructions for permission to attend Central Park Elementary School.

Step 2:

Live outside the NESD boundaries but wish to attend CPES?  Complete the NESD Out of Area Request Form for permission to attend Central Park Elementary School.

Step 3:

Grades K-3 Registration

Online Registration Form, or

Paper Registration Form - email to centralpark@nesd.ca drop off at the school.

Pre-Kindergarten Application

Application/Screening Form

Prekindergarten programs admit age 3 & 4 children based on eligibility criteria. It is important to share as much information about your child's growth and development as possible. Submitting this screening tool does not guarantee your child's enrollment in the program.  You will be contacted by the school division if your child qualifies.
